Your new maintenance policies are terrible and make your service almost useless I'm paying a premium price for a master service agreement and now the service provider gives new no value whatsoever Not happy at all

He did something or didn't do something to make the water in the door no longer work,so now I have to got to the whole deal again to get someone to come out and fix that.:(

I was not happy with the unprofessional judgement Mr Shane gave me. I own appliances that are used not new and for that reason I pay protection every month to a company named select home warranty. The service he provided was to judge not to diagnose the issue.
