Unprofessional, inconsiderate, liar and poor communicator

Technician
Never fixed dishwasher just kept guessing and ordering parts still leaking paid as much as a new dishwasher with warranty and all even sent Refrigerator parts and had to wait again for more parts over a month waiting and still not fixed even put gasket in backwards and cut it to make door close not happy at all with service and there guessing games and the amount I paid. Unqualified to work on my GE combo washer/drier
Showed up with a personal vehicle got out with no tools came in and had no clue how to work on their equipment. He was there to work on.

NO STAR
HE STOOD IN FRONT OF MY FREEZER AND STARED INTO IT AND THAT WAS IT. HE DID NOTHING ! TWO NO CALLS AND TWO NO SHOWS ! HE CLEARLY DOES NOT WANT TO WORK. I AM DISSATISFIED WITH SEARS AFTER 15 YEARS, I WILL NOT RENEW MY CONTRACT.

No tech showed up
The service window fro 8-5 is entirely too long. I took a day off of work to wait for my washer to be repaired and no one showed up. I never got a phone call or text. It took me an hour to track down someone on the phone for them to only tell me they could reschedule from 8-5. I will never use them again!

Do better
• Arrival window 8AM -5PM, then was informed technician was on the way at 535PM, rescheduled diagnostic appointment. •Ordered a replacement part, and the technician expected it to get delivered to my residence without informing me. •Technician arrived asking where replacement part was, part did not arrive. •Technician then canceled the repair job and advised I just get a new dishwasher. •Still waiting to receive my refund

Still broken
Came out and replaced fill valve did not run a cycle to see if it worked after finishing tried to wash a load and will not was and the lid is locked closed now with clothes stuck in the washing machine and it's been over a month since this washer has been broken

Crappy Service
He came out to service the Maytag Electric Dryer that wasn't heating properly. He ran the dryer for 15 seconds then opened it and felt the air inside the dyer with his hand (not a thermometer which he should have used) and said that it was heatinf fine. I also had him listen to the dryer that had a rattling noise. He should have removed the front panal to inspect inside to see if anything was loose that was casuing the rattling. All he did was tell me that the rattling noise was because the sryer was sitting on a pedestal and he said that was making the noise. I've had that dyer for 20+ years and it's always been on that pedestal and never made that noise until recently when another servicew technician had taken off the panal.

Bad service
The technician had no idea what to do and he was on the phone with someone who was telling him what color wire to look for. He left without fixing the problem and did not file a diagnosis report. This person should not be sent to the field.
