Washer Repair
The tech took time and evaluated the issue. Unfortunately, the washer didn't leak while he was there, but he did run the washer a few times before leaving. He didn't rush out of there.

It would be most helpful if you would provide a way for a customer to update their phone number, etc. on the phone. Tried to update my phone number, but the recording was going by old number in the system(and said number being called from did not match what was in system) and DID NOT allow a way to update reaching customer by a different/current no. This was VERY frustrating. I wanted the tech to be able to call and let me know when he was on the way. Please improve this system. Thank you!

Great service but should of let me test the dryer b 4 he left. Going to check it in awhile also should of made sure it was still level, it's not now I have to try and get on the ground to level it. We'll c if it works right whenever I can get it leveled.
