Heater service
The technician didn't do his job he just made an excuse that the heater is not working because of the dirty filter which is not the case, he didn't even change the filter or put it back, and the heater is blowing cold air! Why do I have to go buy a filter and do the labor when I already paid for a service to come and fix it!

Will never use this company again
This was the worse experience I've had with any repair company. Not only are they way overcharging for services but don't even show up for the scheduled service. I had to call their customer service team which consisted of talking to 5 different people before actually reaching someone who could reschedule my appt. Poor communication with updates from the Sears appliance employee. And not even two weeks later, I had to have another company come out to tell me the replacement part is installed incorrectly. Do not recommend using Sear Appliances.

Dryer & Washer
The initial request for the dryer was to replace the rusted vent inside the dryer drum, which wasn't done. Parts were replaced for squeaking during the drying cycle. There was a repair order for the washer (panel) today also, it was verified on my cell phone via text, but he couldn't see the request on his iPad so nothing was done on the washer. Now I have to call for both the dryer & washer again.

Machine still broken, work left unfinished
The technician did not install all the repair parts, two new parts (including the most important one - the control circuit board) were not installed. The technician also did not check to see if the machine actually turned on after the repairs. If I had known that neither of these things had been done I would not have let the job be terminated.

Never again
Over 6 weeks without washer. Technician replaced every part available on it. Used to get service quickly but this took way to long should have been replaced that's why I have contract. Supposed to get credit have not seen it yet. Will not renew contract and to think I used to praise them. No more. Took a month to get oven repaired. Not enough technicians to cover all the appliances anymore either. Washer tech was great but supervisor who kept telling him to replace parts which kept extending work needs to reevaluate his judgement on this. You lost a customer.

Burned Out Light Bulb not Covered
James provided excellent customer service and communication. Unfortunately, we did not have a service call today because a burned out lightbulb in our dryer, which is nearly impossible to access, is not covered by our service contract.
