Courteous and punctual
He's nice and courteous and tried to address the problem. Unfortunately the issue persisted.

Very Friendly
Our scheduled time was between 10-2. Received e mails stating he would arrive around 3:16 then 3:25. Around 3:30 we received a message he was on his way. He showed up after 4:30. We spent an entire day waiting with no phone updates and no way to contact a live person. Then after he assessed the issue, we find that it will cost more than the machine is worth and he has to order parts anyhow so will take a few days. Hamayoon was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. We appreciate his time and effort.

Good service, but...
My technician quickly diagnosed the problem on my washing machine and seems to have rectified it. However, I did not get a text message that the technician was on his way. Thankfully, I was at home when he arrived.

Very knowledgeable and helpful
Peter took the time to explain his work. It so happened that a part ordered to repair the appliance was not needed. The part that maybe needed to remedy the problem is no longer available. He was kind enough to refer me to the model number of that part for me to follow up in tracking down where I may source it. In addition to refunding me for the part purchased.

Marty .. A&E Repairman
Marty was very nice, arrived within the scheduled time, fixed the problem with my refrigerator .. was picked up and gone again promptly. Hopefully the problem is resolved. It takes at least 24 hours for the refrigerator to make a batch of craft ice cubes to be sure the ice maker is working. It has only been that long ago that Marty left and to date there is no sign of ice cubes in the storage bin.
