Cody initially assessed issue. Needed to order part. Part ordered and shopped to me and received next day. Return appointment scheduled and he arrived and replaced part, cleaned area and tested appliance. Appliance working well.

Constantine was outstanding!
Constantine is the type of service technician I like working with! He was on time, he descirbed the steps of the work he was going to and then went through it thoroughly. Along the way, he explained how my softener works, how it treats the water and tested it operationally to ensure peak performance. Lastly, he tested the house tap water for hardness to show me that it is working properly. He was very professional and stuck to the work at hand, he spoke clearly and respectfully and was nice and friendly. His visit was worth the price to pay to ensure that my water softener is still in good working order,and that my original concerns of it not working was addressed thoroughly! Refrigerator finally repaired after 6 weeks of waiting
Tyrese is a pleasant and kind man His knowledge and expertise I pray has helped repair this crazy refrig after all of these weeks He couldn't figure out what I got cancelled 6 times however the fact that he came and knew what he was doing gave me a sigh of relief Praying there is no next time but if so I recommend Tyrese
