Thumbs up!
Very polite and efficient. Cleaned up any messes he made. I had a small problem because my dogs are quite rowdy which would have been alleviated had I had a heads up phone call. The window for service was from 8:00 to 5:00 which is an awfully large window. And Jorge arrived at about 4 :30. Very nice man. I'm very pleased.

Scheduling
Andrew is very friendly and told me everything he was doing and answered my questions. He would get 5 stars. My problem is the way appointments are made. I think a better effort should be made to give an estimate when the tech will arrive when the appointment is made. Giving an 8-5 timeline is not at all helpful. Even to narrow it down to morning or afternoon would be more beneficial. If I had to take off work to be home, I'd be very upset, especially since the refrigerator has been serviced multiple times.

The machine i s a lemon
Service people have been trying to fix this machine for 6 months. It's a machine that is unfixable. Why GE won't replace this machine is a mystery. This time I got one load finished and as usual the machine did not drain. I purchased the dishwasher because I am ill and can't stand for long. This has been a horrible experience. I guess I'm going to have to Yelp this matter. Joshua worked very hard trying to figure out the problem. After I got through all the taped messages and prompts to navigate a system that is designed to frustrate I finally contacted A&D and was told the serviceman had closed my case. I guess that may be because while examining the pump he dropped the machine backwards. If I had not started calling to see when another service person was coming I would never have gotten service. I could only get a recording that said the parts were still on order when in fact I discoverd my case had been closed. This fiasco started when the machine was less than a year old. If I had not purchased an Assurance Service Agreement I would have a really expensive piece of junk sitting in my house indefinitely.

Good Repairman
Christopher did a good job with what he had to do with. He explained that the filters for our refrigerator are no good they're made in China and that is the problem we're having their malfunction. So we'd like to know where to get filters that work!

Dishwasher Repair issue
Scott was very informative and very thorough through his analysis process of our dishwasher issue. The problem we are having is that "2" technicians come up with when the dishwasher was installed, it was incorrectly plumbing as the issue or repair to our problem SO how in the world do we fix or repair this initial plumbing issue, process, or problem. Believe I have coverage with AHS for plumbing related issues in our home. How do we move forward in addressing or correcting the plumbing issue or problem in our home with AHS warranty coverage??!! This dishwasher has worked fine for 10+ years so how can this become now a plumbing problem or issue??!!

Once he found us he was great
He fixed the water dispenser on our fridge with tubing and ingenuity instead of having to replace the whole door unit. He was professional, creative and friendly.

Finally Fixed
After 6 scheduled visits, the repairman before this determined the problem and ordered the right parts. We had to go through visit after visit where they said nothing is wrong!!!!! The door is finally fixed and our refrigerator stays closed.

Refrigerator Repair
Reported my inoperative Whirlpool refrigerator to CHW; appointment scheduled for two weeks later. James arrived, diagnosed two problems, and received approval to order two parts to be mailed to my home address. One part arrived approximately two weeks later, and the second part was received approximately three weeks after that. Sears Home serve notified, and a new appointment was made for 09/14/2023. James arrived approximately 8a.m. and completed the repairs approximately 9:15a.m. Well qualified technician; unbearably delayed parts supply line.
