Jeff dove in with all his experience and the help of others when trying to figure out the problem. While the cause of the problem remains elusive, he did get the washer working again and was very honest and open in his discussion with me. Excellent serviceman and human being!

After being told by two different repair technicians that two different parts were needed for repair, we purchased the additional parts and our machine is still not functioning. Paul informed us that we would be refunded costs of services. Please advise

John was helpful and knowledgeable but ultimately couldn't proceed with fix needed as Sears does not provide installation services for our area. Waiting for contact from a referral company. Disappointed as waited 2 weeks for Sears to make this visit only to face further delays

Rachid was great! The rest of the customer service and the program were horrible and I will not recommend or use it again. We were somewhat surprised when our refrigerator was not fixed on the original service date. We had indicated the compressor had gone bad, yet on September 6th when the technician came out he brought no parts. He did an evaluation and then ordered parts and set our appointment for ten days later. That is somewhat understandable although disappointing. Then things got even grotesquely worse! On Saturday, September 16th (our original repair date) we were told to sit home from 8 to 5 and await our repair service. We arranged our schedule on that day so that could be accomplished. Halfway through that day, we got an email out of the blue that said our appointment was now moved to September 25th, another nine days later. That was totally, 100% unacceptable!!! Nobody had the human decency to call us and nobody came to the house. I was shifted to and talked to a dozen different people at Sears Home Services and NOBODY could give me a reason, let alone a valid reason, we had to wait for another week+ to have a working refrigerator. I am still awaiting that answer! When my warranty program is one year old and I can cancel it, I will. I will not use this service again and I will not recommend it to my worst enemy.

Julian provided immediate details on the compressor that needed to be replaced on my LG Refrigerator. I worked with LG to get a compressor sent to Sears, but Sears is taking forever providing simple information like a ship to address a phone number and email address. These details should be provided to Julien so he can provide it to me. Very impressed with Julien, not with the response from Sears.
