Technician service
Experience with technician was pretty good overall. Did not like the fact that I waited all day before I knew he was coming nor did I like that he was unable to clear out my dryer vent while he was here. I attribute both of these issues as well no as other complaints that I have to the company and the way that work orders are handled and NOT to the technician himself. Unfortunately my experience with your company leaves a lot to be desired and does affect his rating as well to some extent. If I were to rate the company, I would probably give it the lowest rating possible and frankly even then I'm not sure that would be low enough or critical enough.

Sears Technician for Ice Maker Machine Not Working
Technician informed me that I had to pay an additional fee for service. I told him that I already paid the service fee and the rest will be covered by home warranty. He was able to fix that one which was good. Service took more than 30 minutes. All in all it was a good experience. BTW, it was his first time to come to my house for the same issue. The first 3 visits were handled by another technician.

Not fixes
I had Mohammed f as my tech and there was another tech that came by Bother we nice and friendly However the problem has not been solved all the parts were replaced and still have the loud squeaking Said it needs drum and the gear box but nothing was ordered said to wait a month we to come back out not happy

Service Repair
The service technician was Great!! .. My issue is the delays , rescheduling of appointments we have had since Sept 1st. Glad refrigerator is working .

Samsung dryer
Cory was polite. At first the repair was inspect and adjust but ultimately the belt tension wheel hub had failed. With some research a replacement was found on his truck and repairs were accomplished. The part was expensive compared to on-line research.
