Tech was great...Sears, not so much.
First off, they came out to repair my dryer and had to order parts:understandable. A second tech came out on the return visit to install parts, but had to order additional parts; frustrated, but still understandable. However, for their 3rd scheduled visit, no one ever showed up or called. I called and called but never got to speak to a live person. A 4th visit was scheduled, and again, no one showed up or called. Finally, on the 5th visit the tech came out and fixed the dryer without having to use any of the additional parts that were ordered. Very frustrating on my end as Sears let our household go for more than a month without a dryer to use. And to make matter worse, it was completely unnecessary if all the previous techs had taken the time to properly troubleshoot the problem the way the last guy did. Two thumbs up for the tech. Two thumbs down for Sears for keeping a customer at home for 2 days worth of scheduled visit and no one shows up

Replace fan in freezing compartment of Refrigerator
Tyler was efficient, well mannered, cleaned up after himself, and was polite. I do have a problem, though...when he pulled out and pushed back my refrigerator, one side made a deep long groove in my linoleum, and he didn't catch it, and I didn't see it until after he was gone. There was damage, and I don't know what to do. There is no way it was there before. I can't pull out refrigerator, with two recent shoulder surgeries. He didn't put a slider under the bottom and now I don't know what to do. Please help me.

Dish washer
The tech was great, but my home warranty has issues. They denied the repair person to fix the dish washer. I called and complained to them about the warranty and threatened to pull out and then and only then that they said that they will call the repair company back to have the parts ordered. I am still waiting for a call or email back from my home warranty company.
