Your service person was fine. Your communication people were really, really bad ! English not their primary language. No follow up on part that apparently is not available any longer. End result nothing was repaired on my clothes washer! Remember communication with your customer base is paramount!!!

Mr. Huang does great service but he is always in a rush no time to explain what the problem is pr allow for questions to ve asked.

Al was great. Disappointed with other aspects of service.
Al was a knowledgeable technician. I really appreciated the work he did at the house. My difficulty was with Sears Home Services and how things are structured. There is no phone number to call to speak to a human. The 8am-5pm window they give you for service makes it very challenging for folks who work. If they could at least specify that service will be conducted in the morning or afternoon it would be greatly appreciated. For any given service, you have to set aside two full work days-- one for the diagnostic and a separate one for the repair.

Kenmore elite refrigerator
The repair technician changed the compressor yesterday. The refrigerator is still not cooling. Timothy did a good great job but the refrigerator is still not cooling.

Douglas was fine, and knowledgeable and patient to my questions etc; however I had hard time believing all of recommended repair parts were required based on the performance of the dishwasher. Then the pressure to make a decision of the repair at the moment which matched the original cost of the dishwasher. (cost of analysis would not be applied fully to repair cost unless accepted today.) Needed time to evaluate cost of new versus monstrous repair cost. The number of followup emails after visit was ridiculous. (7 I believe)
