Gary came to our house as he previously notified us. I was a little disappointed that he was unable to quickly repair the washer. He said he needs to order several parts to complete the repair and needed the insurance company to approve the repair. The insurance company elected to replace the unit instead.

Jahzeel had more knowledge than the other two technicians you had sent, he was kind, patient & more importantly he treated the service as if it was his own dishwasher, he took his time and made sure everything was in order before he left. I'm hoping it is fixed and I will not be calling you anytime soon!

GE freezer
The first technician came 2 weeks ago, checked for leaks, and ordered a new compressor. He said he would be back on the 11th A no show. Contacted GE who contacted sears to reschedule. Another technician came on the 13th Very nice and professional. Installed compressor and checked for cooling. Almost a month since freezer quit and now running again. Most happy with the technician that fixed it.
