Service Rep was here early and looked the issue over. Fixed the issue but could not duplicate yhe problem. So will have to see how it goes. Hopefully the problem is fixed.

The technician was fine. Your system of scheduling and making people take days off of work is totally unacceptable. It took 3 attempts to have him show up. Twice he never showed at all let alone in that RIDICULOUS 8-5 window. You show ZERO respect nor any Considerationl for people's time. The most frustrating aspect is that there is no person to speak to nor vent frustration. You hide your lack of concern through automated scheduling and non human interaction. Your system flat out sucks but unfortunately that's the state of the American work force and customer service in Joe Biden's America. On a scale of one to ten, your service rates below zero.
