Dryer repair
Efficient, polite and experienced. He showed me how to operate when locked! He didn't have equipment to clean out dryer outlet. Luckily I had done it with leaf blower 😎

Charles is a great guy. An hour late on original arrival time but OK after that. Last few times he opened up the back of the dryer but said it was not needed this time so only cleaned out front, ran for about 10 min. and said good to go

He was great overall
I would've given 5 stars for his workmanship. Unfortunately, he underestimated the arrival time (came 2 hours later than the estimation, still within the window of time, though) and overestimated how long it was going to take (estimated up to 2 hours, and done in 30 minutes). I had arranged my adult son to be there for him and especially with the estimated arrival time, I thought it would work out. Unfortunately, my son had an optometrist appointment, so we had to tag team. Since I thought I'd be out for more than 2 hours, I ended up overusing my personal necessity hours. Otherwise, the fridge is working nicely. Thank you!

Compactor repair and microwave repair
Compactor repair was done quickly, very strait forward. Microwave was a completely different story. Have part, repair person couldn't find access point for installation of the part. Repair person rescheduled repair to Friday.
