In a hurry
Joshua B shows up to my house and let me know right off the bat he did not want me in the utility room at all. He said," if I need something I will let you know". He was very rude and I was worried either he isn't doing anything to check the dryer or he is stealing some of my wine since he shut the door and I have 3 wine chillers in that room. He was there a short time and said everything was fine which we tried to explain to him it wasn't. I made another appointment with Sears for another technician to come out next Monday. Very uncomfortable experience!

Problem not corrected
I don't know if Maston should have investigated further but as soon as he left the fridge light stopped working.

Did not even ring the door bell after waiting 10 days
This is not your grandparents Sears anymore. Technician did not even bother calling or coming to the door or anything and closed out the service call. It took me 10 days to have them come to repair an air conditioning and 95° Florida. This is the armpit of the service industry folks. Find anyone else in the country to repair your items They simply are not professional.

Terrible I waited almost 2 months to get my washer fixed! Kept canceling appointments told me I had to pay and I didn't I have Assurant insurance he talks amile a minute and about t things I don't care about

Want a Refund - Tech Did Not Fix Issue
Issue is gas dryer takes too long to dry clothes. Tech arrived and inserted air flow sensor in unit. Sensor identified low air flow. Tech then watched homeowner clean duct work. Sensor then identified increase air flow. Tech did nothing to further investigate issue. Homeowner later ran dryer. Problem persists. Tech did inadequate job of troubleshooting. Homeowner deserves refund for failed service call.

RUDE
The most RUDE guy I have ever had to deal with. At first he was good, but had the nerve to tell me that "He don't have time to keep me informed about things, and if I want to know I would have to call the service office!!!" when I was just trying to find out when he was gonna be at my house when HE HAD TO RESCHEDULE due to not have parts BEFORE HE EVEN LOOKED AT MY WASHER TO START WITH....then hung up on me....so unprofessional, rude, lied, singed the paperwork saying he did the work one day but didn't come till Saturday, and THEN SENT ME PAPERWORK SAYING I SIGNED IT ON THURSDAY WHEN HE NEVER CAME TO MY HOUSE...HE DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP TILL SATURDAY....WHO DOES THAT...YOU CAN'T SIGN SOMEONE ELSE'S WORK ORDER. This company really needs to check out their people. If they are willing to forge customers signatures, what else are they willing to do. That is a crime...and an even bigger crime because YOU have OUR information which we HAVE to provide in order for our purchase to be serviced. Be glad I am not pressing charges.
