Worst service experience, he needs to learn how to communicate with clients. Shows anger and frustration and no clarity on the steps to fix the problem. Didn't show competency in solving underlying issue and always rushing or making excuses to leave without solving the problem.

SUCKS

He came on the 7/16 to replace parts that where order from 7/1. He rushed thought the job and cause two more problem with my dryer. I had to call back two days later for a very loud squeaking noise. The other tech found that he did not attach a bracket. Then I had to call again because the drum stop turning and a burnt rubber smell. Today 8/23 tech found a fade belt. The belt was put back up side down, so the teeth on the gears ripped it a part. All because of his poor workemship I have been with out a dryer for over one month. If you see this tech ask for a new one. So my true rating for him is zero not one

Refrigerator Repair

This was the third attempt (and two appointment cancellations) to repair the refrigerator that stopped working six weeks ago (July 11, 2024). Previous calls failed to fix the problems and parts were ordered. On this call a new heater was installed but no diagnostics were performed to confirm the problem had been fixed. When the technician departed it was suggested that we "try this for 24-48 hours" and if it isn't working properly call Sears and request that Keith (the tech who first diagnosed the problems) return to fix the problem.

Part wobbles, not stable. Wrong part? Tech left and said everything was fine Now have to reschedule another visit, maybe order new parts! A competent tech would have realized a problem and reordered parts today or figured out a solution. Not just leaving and saying it was fine!

Appt Canceled Twice

Didn't fix problem

Technician didn't fix the problem and my mom, owner of the range he was working on, was told that I, her daughter, would be contacted about a solution, whether repair or replacement, and today has been two weeks and no one has contacted me. The emails I received after he was at my mom's house make it sound like the job was completed and the problem fixed. It was not and my mom told him that it wasn't working correctly. Unacceptable!

ice maker

initial call was made because the ice maker was not making ice. initial technician determined that water valve was not working and ordered a replacement water valve. The technician did not test the ice maker. Bruno came today (8/23/24) to install replacement water valve. Problem #1 - the replacement valve was slightly different … no mounting bracket. Problem #2 - the water line could not be mounted to the water valve because the connection on the valve was different when compared to original. Problem #3 - Bruno did not test to see if water was going through replacement water valve to ice maker. Problem #4 - ice maker is still not producing ice. Bruno did the best he could with installing replacement water valve as this was his assignment. Now that the valve was replaced, the original problem still exists. Someond needs to determine if water is flowing thru valve to ice maker and determine if ice maker is working. Please schedule a new technician that will determine what is wrong.

Completely Unreliable and Unprofessional

1st appointment, wouldn't return my call after I only missed his by 5 minutes. Refused to answer multiple calls and cancelled the appointment. 2nd appointment - no contact and a no show - he cancelled the appointment the next morning 3rd appointment - no contact and a no show - he cancelled the appointment the next morning Absolutely infuriating and pathetic. Costs me over $200 in vacation each time to take off work. Waited 2 weeks between each appointment. Wasted 1.5 months of time. I'd fire him.

First Extremely late. Second Talked on the phone during service visit. Third I had to leave for a doctor appointment, repairs was not properly completed. After m16 hours my refrigerator is still not cooling properly. Problem ongoing since June!
