Confident but problem was not fixed.

The service tech was very confident in the problem and claimed that they would bet their job that cleaning the system out would correct the issue of the freezer not working. After the 48 hours that the tech stated to wait the items in the freezer were still not frozen and appeared to continuing to lose temperature.

Several techniciations have come to repair my dishwasher over the last few months. Odly, I had cancelled my appointment due to my Daughter having a hard recovery from a chemo treatment. Somehow, Luis came anyway and fixed the problem that others failed to. So happy with hiswork and thankful!

This picture does not look like the person who serviced my oven stove top. Unless it is 30 years old. The man who did come was very hard to understand and was annoyed when I asked him to slow down and repeat. He was impatient and condescending when I asked questions. A very poor experience.

Washer repair experience

He came by 5. Came in and stated he needed to get paid first. Asked what the problem was. Ran it and wasn't sure what it was. Then replaced the agitator. Ran it again. Told me that it still was making the noise. Then he told me he needed consent to fix it. Claims he tried to call the insurance office. It was after 5 so no answer. Said he would wait five minutes. He simply left. Never told what is going to happen next. The job was not completed. No response from Sears to date. Would like a call back as to when to expect the job to be completed. Thanks.

A Trial Fix?

Jarius looked and felt around the compressor and decided to try replacing the capacitor and told me to check in 24 hours if the unit was cooling. I asked if not how would I contact him to return. He said I had to go through my warranty service to schedule. Well that took a couple of phone calls and I had no ability to speak with anyone at A&E, just a robot and a new appointment they assigned without speaking to me as to my availability. I had to decline that suggested appointment and they offered a day earlier one which I was happy with. THEN I receive a text message that the appointment has been changed back to the day I was not available. I followed their text message link for instructions to get another appointment. The shocker here was that the first available appointment was SEVEN days later so I'm still waiting on their return visit to attempt to repair my refrigerator/freezer. I had a call from one of their offices in TEXAS, I live in Mississippi, and the gentleman I spoke with wanted to know model and serial number and the issue. Duh, I would have thought Jarius would have put that information in my file. I provided that and suggested that they have a compressor with them on their return visit. He said he would send my request in writing as he couldn't talk to the technician (why not? don't they work for the same company?). If they didn't have a compressor for my refrigerator, then it would surely have to be ordered so why not give them a heads up for preparation? The Texas gentleman said he did not know what the technicians carried in their repair vans. I still have 5 more days before the next appointment and my refrigerator/freezer would have been non-functioning for 3 weeks by then. I understand this company is very good but my experience so far has not been the best. At this point in time I still don't know if my refrigerator/freezer will be repairable or if I will be forced into shopping for a new one.

Very poor knowledge about HVAC

Technician came 12 hours late and checked in 5 minutes and stated that he can't handle the job . Leaving my existing air conditioner caps open I requested to cover the caps. Poor service and waiting to resign by sears and no one showed up or called
