Mike was very pleasant and efficient. He dug right in to check my appliance after greeting me at the door. In no time he had the washer pulled out and checked every thing. Unfortunately I got bad news about the machine but he did a very good job. He did recommend purchasing a new appliance before repair due to the price of the parts if I repaired it. A very pleasant experience meeting Mike!
