First off, if there was a rating less than one like zero or negative, I would give it. Tech automatically, within 30 sec of arrival, concluded it was a vent issue and there was no need to look at the dryer at all. He refused to check if there was anything wrong with the dryer. Worst technician I've ever had to deal with.

Terrible again my heather is not working

Again after 30 days my heather is not working again I have to make an appointment and hopefully no more payments

Wish I could give zero stars

This man came twice. First time he was rude and it was obvious he hates his job. We told him the problem and that the washer does not feel up to the right level only about five inches maybe. He said we needed a new motherboard. One month later after 4 no shows/cancelations he finally shows up. Same rude guy who made us feel we were an inconvenience to him. After working on the washer he was about to leave when my daughter asked to see that it feels up. He then says we'll it's only gonna fill up to that level cause that's how these new washers work and that when the sensors senses a fulll load the water will go up. She said ok let me do a full load and let's see it fill up properly. So as she started to fill the washer with clothes he literally just left. Now washer is still broken and when we have it on cold it comes out hot. Please do not send him again. He will NOT be allowed in my house.

Washer tub repair

The tub was rubbing but the washer was working fine including spinning properly. After the tub was repaired so it does not rub it does not do the last spin so the clothes are still water soaked.

Third time he has been at the house refused to change gasket stated it was dirty and dog hair. We clean all the time. We need someone else to come out.

This was arguably the worst experience of my life with a professional company. My unit was in storage for a few years so we removed everything out of it to clean it throughly before putting it into our new house. After we cleaned it we plugged it in and realized it wasn't getting cold so since I had the guts of it so to speak already out, I left them alone and called for help. After a week of waiting the technician comes in and says he can't touch it with it not being completely put together, but I still have to pay the 120 diagnostics fee, for him to do nothing. Are you kidding me? Had someone, somewhere in this timeframe told me to make sure it was all put together beforehand because it would forfeit my money, I could have done that and saved everyone the time. I never got no such disclaimer, but they can call me the day after my appointment was made to try to sell me some sort of monthly plan, and then still charge me 120 for zero work?!?!? All I wanted was my refrigerator fixed so my family can put food in it. Now we have nothing, and out the money that could've went to a new one. The panel being removed from the front of the evaporator, and the slide rails for the front door weren't stopping anything from running. The unit was plugged in running as far as we knew until we realized it wasn't getting cold. Absolute insanity. Blame the tech, blame the company, it doesn't matter. I know my family now has to struggle for something that anybody with some common decency and common sense could've understood and fixed.

Heat still not working! Tech didn't check it before he left.

Repair Not Completed

The repair was not completed. The Broiler is still not working in my range. Why would they declare the service order completed when the broiler is still inoperable? The serviceman stated that it may need a new control panel, but never came back.
