Return visit needed
Most aspects are OK. However, water had been accumulating in the space under the largest pullout refrigerator drawer. There is still some water accumulating there.

did he really fix or just temp bandaid
well more pieces broken than not, he was unsure how to remove the shelf, and unsure how to turn off the sensor for the water filter. so now I have no clips to hold the glass down, but its clean at least. No parts ordered, the refrigerator has less pieces than when he arrived.

Check refrigerator for damage
This was not a good experience. Because Sears put down my personal address instead of the rental address where the refrigerator was. The Tech did come to the correct address. First of all if a tech comes out I think he or she should be able to know how to open a light in the freezer. Instead of telling the customer to go online and find out on how to do it. Also there was a receipt that was signed but not by me that is an ethics problem. Might want to look into that situation.

Not good
Horrible experience He needs to be fired Was late did not call Then wanted to go home and gave a diagnosis that was not correct refrigerator is not cooling

Refrigerator not making ice
My refrigerator was not fixed after replacing the ice maker. It doesn't make ice.

Ice dispenser repair
After waiting weeks and describing the issue with photos, the part that was broken is no longer in stock. It's not available anywhere. Seems to me that this issue could've been explained to me by phone without having to pay a service charge. The repairman was very courteous and apologetic. I'm furious. Why is the part no longer in stock? The refrigerator is only a few years old.

Service
William was very efficient fixing our fridge. Other than that experience with Sears home services was not good. Parts originally ordered on April 10. Only received one. I called on April 27, was told it would be shipped. Was out of town for couple weeks so when got home called again on May 22 because we had not received part. Was told we would have it in 3-5 business days. Did not. Called again on May 31. Finally received the part. I called to set up appointment to replace parts. Was told we already had one set up for June 14. We were unaware of that because we were not called regarding the day. Fortunately that day was going to work for us. I feel we should have been contacted first before it was set up. Also when we purchased extended warranty we were told it would cover anything that broke. We found out that is not true. One of our produce drawers has a vertical crack in it that keeps getting bigger. When repairman was here first time he said that was not covered. We feel it should be covered as fridge less than 5 years old. Drawers should not crack that soon if at all. So in short we are not happy with most of the service we got.
