Tracy was great with his repair. Thank you for the service. However company did not send the right icemaker at first so we waited another two weeks for our service. I did remember writing at least 20 times the serial number and the Vin number of the refrigerator. Just curious why the right part didn't arrive in the first place

Tech was very nice and gave me good information. Problem must be intermittent as he found nothing wrong with the refrigerator when he was here. Also I paid with a check, however, he tried 3 times to photograph the check but your system kept saying the image was not good. He said you would bill me. Please do so as I always pay my bills.
