Would have liked your service staff to have vehicle and or uniform to identify your company. He had me turn off electric to oven for 5 minutes to reset computer board. Since he left beep sound does not work and clock goes dark/blank. I need someone to please return for service. Thank you

Tech arrived later than site indicated. He did call to advise of his arrival. Reviewed issue, I tried to get information on ordering non-covered part for Sears repair, he did not seem to be able to help with that. I had to make a few calls to work toward repair. I suspect he was there to diagnose and repair per his warranty process. Would have been more smooth if he would have given me an estimate and process to order part under my warranty. I feel like I had to do more work for resolution than I should have.

You AI is terrible. You can never speak to a human being. My appointment was rescheduled three times on the day of service, after I waited half a day each time for the technician to show up. When they finally did show up, they were great.

Hard to rate service. Technician showed up within time frame the scheduled timeframe, our pug got under his feet before entering house; because of that, decided his safety was at risk, and declined to perform any service.

His explanation did not make sense turn the heat down 25°, but I said it at 350 it'll cook at 3:25 I said it will take longer to cook and he said no

Tech did not notify that he was on the way until 10 - 15 minutes before his arrival. No text that morning either. Should have been notified at least an hour before arrival. Attitude was not the best but I've had worst. Overall, the oven was fixed but customer service is the reason for the score.
