appointment delays
Joshua was my service tech for repair and installation of part for oven. However, we were given several times estimates while waiting for him. We ended up being the last appointment for the day which my husband was not too pleased. Also, sears had given us 2 previous appointments for installation of oven part and no one showed up! Must do better customer service!!

This is now the third time that I have had to pay deductable for the same problem. I really feel as if there should not be a deductable for that same issue! I was told by a tech that I would not pay a deductable if there was the same issue if they had to come back for the same issue within 6 months. What is the policy?? You replaced the relay board twice and the mother board twice. How long most this go on . I really would like to talk to someone about this issue. You have my number, call me! I can't speak to anyone if I call !!!!!!!

Elijah was good and did just the minimum that he was supposed to do but I was just very frustrated because I had Michael at the same house one hour before Elijah came in and that was ridiculous that I had to stay there for Michael he leaves and an hour later Elijah comes in to do one last appliance it was a waste of both of their times and my time

Las Cruces, NMFront of the stove still gets excessively hot
Burner element on top right was replaced because it seemed like the last one might have been loose, and the burner heats up. But our main issue was with how hot the front edge of the range was getting, and he did not stick around long enough to check - just said it should get hot. The problem is that it is getting over 150 to 200 degrees and get burned anytime brushing against the stove. This is not normal as we have had this 20 years and haven't had this much of a heat dissipation issue until recently. I have a two year old that we have to keep away for over an hour after it has been turned off.

Normal, ILOven warmer repair
Demtri was unfamiliar with the substitute part sent for the repair. he figured it out and the oven warmer appears to be working in a test. But I have not had a chance to use it everyday yet. Also this was the second day I had to wait for the repairman. The first day, a Sears morning email said the repairman would appear at 420p. At 450p, another email said he'd appear at 531pm. At 515pm, another email said the repair was being rescheduled to another day. A whole day was wasted! Sears needs to come up with a better way to forecast APPROXIMATE arrival times. I don't know if'd recommend Sears repair in the future or use it again.

Had the fan replaced in July. September and the same part failed again. Now it's backordered and we have to wait a month for a part and another 2 weeks for another repair appointment. So we have to go 2 months without a working oven. Thor was the worst purchase I've ever made. This oven has worked less than half the time we've owned it. And it's still brand new.

Our technician was wonderful - professional, understanding and did the job as expected. He gets a 5 star review. The area of improvement is the system you use to confirm and notify arrival times. Very poor and no reflection of the professional work by the technician. I have to deduct 2 stars for the communication system.

I am still waiting on someone to come back out and do the repairs on my refrigerator freezer icemaker. All the parts that Bryan ordered has come in already. I called over a week ago and no one has come back to complete the work. This is my second time addressing this work order. All of the other work has been completed except this one. Thanks.
