Ken was sent on a job that he is not trained in. Not his fault, an upper management issue. He never worked on my range before and didn't have the equipment up troubleshoot. Shame on management.

My issue wasn't resolved because although I gave a detailed description of what was wrong, the technician didn't receive that information so he had to come twice but he still didn't have all the equipment needed to finish the job. On top of that he waited a half hour in my place waiting for approval to order the part and then it wasn't approved. So I still have a main burner on my stove not working.

He didn't introduce himself, so I'm not sure it was Frank. Whoever it was, he was unfriendly and a bit curt. He removed his boots reluctantly when I asked him to. Seemed to do the job competently.

His trainer didn't have Chris do any of the work. That isn't training to me. Can't really rate because trainer was not exactly letting him do anything and the trainer was condicending and not personable.
