I was given an 1.5 hours notice that I had to be at a house between 10:00 & 2:00. I had him if he could give me an hour notice because it was a 45 minute drive and I could not wait for 4 hours just for him. He said no so I cancelled the service. I am a custom home builder and I receive delivery notices all the time from vendors via text with updates on when they will be arriving at a job. It is not this hard to be better at communication in the day and age. Need to do better

He was just ok. He just stated that it could not be fixed and was supposed to contact someone, but not sure who. Hopefully, the warranty company.

I am so disappointed at this service A&E they are not professional or PUNCTUAL they are very reuse and make mistakes they had to take apart my cooktop TWICE Rafael and Jessie we the workers I hope I never use this service AGAIN

The gasket between the glass and stove to controls I'd not fixed completely. Know the gasket is total between the glass and control panel It's about in the middle and about 3 1/2 inches long. The job was not completed.

Mark evaluated the stove. The issue was the stove did not reach desired temp. Would not even get to 200. Mark diagnosed a faulty igniter. When he installed it I asked if we could make sure the oven would reach the proper temperature. He said the oven was fixed and needed to be onto another call. The first time I used the oven it was 25 degrees off. The second time It wouldn't come on with multi attempts. A third attempt it came on but never even reached 200 degree. Mark was polite and seemed motivated to fix the oven. However something else must be wrong and I need the oven. It is very frustrating trying to reach a human to get this resolved.

Albert was very difficult to communicate with which made me nervous on the quality of the repair. He seemed to have difficulty with the installation and took a call during the appointment whereupon he spoke in another language so I don't know if this call was related to the repair or if it was a personal call. Everything looks ok as far as I can tell though so I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days to make sure it's running alright. I just think his customer service skills could be improved.

I asked if I could clean behind the stove and he said "why, it's only going to get dirty! " Then did not want to get stove all the way back. He was afraid glass top might shatter. My husband and friend did get the stove back to its original position. Brenda Guffy
