Service/diagnosis
Brian was wonderful. He explained things well. He was a perfect gentleman and very nice . He seemed knowledgeable about the stove and what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the repair would be too costly for such a short warranty, so I've decided to just get another stove

Worked hard to resolve issue
I have a range/oven that is 30+ years old. The first repair man researched, found and ordered the part. The two repair persons who came out later had to spend some time figuring how to install the part since it is an old range. They were successful, thank God.
