Michael was very proficient in the service he gave to my appliances and he explained what he was doing and asked if I had any questions. He called to let me know what time he would be at my home and was on time. I hope Michael is the technician that comes to my home for the annual check ups on my appliances next year.

Mitchell H. is very good. He was polite and knowledgeable and informative. The part that drove me crazy was the 5 to 6 emails and texts per day reminding me of my appointment, asking me if I wanted to reschedule, etc. You need to give it a rest. One reminder is enough. All day long I receive something from you. The worst part of it all is that I was responsible for tracking the parts (at first I didn't know that was my responsibility). You made an appointment, but only half of the parts had come and I stayed home from work not know if maybe the parts would come in later and you were tracking them and would show up when they showed up. I wasted a whole day, and to top it off, I was not given the opportunity to actually speak on the telephone to ask questions. I was only given the option to do a chat thing which is a terrible way to communicate. You need to be available to telephone. I hope your service man Mitchell goes to another company that is more user friendly.
