Good
The service was good, but it would have been nice for Sears to not cancel my original appointment at the last minute. The guy who called and rebooted the appointment was very rude!

My Review
Paul was great, but the scheduling process is terrible. I hung around the house all day and wasn't contacted until around 3:00 regarding when Paul would arrive. Unfortunately, a repair could not be effected so I think it is a little unethical to charge so much when the determination is the appliance cannot be repaired.

The tech was ok,, not sure if I would recommend the service. I felt that not much was done. I expected maybe a point of service list of what would be done. Otherwise all I saw was the tech run a rinse cycle and vacuum the lint in the dryer. I could have done that myself. No outside lint clean was done.

Fixing our Maytag Washing machine
It took 3 service men to get the right parts installed. Mike/Albuquerque was efficient in installing and turning on machine. BUT did not run a full cycle. I now believe the part went out because the pulley unit is damaged. It would not occilate or spin. The machine will drain though Not happy. ~Valda & Doug.

Washing Machine Service
Service was ok, but disappointed that he didn't clean up the soiled floor before he left. He also left the heavy used motor for us to dispose of. I would have liked to have the belt replaced, as it was 2+ years old. He said it was fine and didn't replace.
