Another worst warranty co!!!
Worst home appliance warranty Co. They just after collecting premium and co-pay money and they have all the excuses not to do the repair.

Sears messes up the order
Can't really say how Steven would have repaired our dishwasher, since it was not repaired. Sears put it down as a range, even though we confirmed with Assured that it was set up as a dishwasher. Steven says he cannot repair because of that. So we waste a day waiting for the repair, and a week getting rescheduled.

Maytag washer
Technician showed up for the second time of being here and then refused to do anything claiming there was not enough room to work on the appliance. Which he did not let us know during his first visit prior to his second visit even though he had seen the room. All parts were on top of washer upon his arrival.

Dryer repair
Not well it still doesn't work it stopped spinning after 5 minutes. Was not fixed very upset .it was expensive and still broken

horrrible

I have to resend my previous review, the technician wasn't gone 20 mins and washing machine was exactly as it was before he arrived, tried calling him on his cell phone no reply call the service # and was told dispatch would get right on it and it's been 4 hours.
