Thus far Sears authorized service personnel visited my home twice...first time to have a look at my washer/dryer. Two weeks later I had them back to have a look at my gas wall oven and dishwasher (two appliances at a time - best value). They found the agitator in the washer needed new clips (dogs!) at a nominal cost, and works so much better! Told them I thought my nineteen year old wall oven was taking a rather long time to heat of late, and the service technician found the issue, installing a new igniter wire (one in there looked scorched and worn) and it is heating like new! The dishwasher was found to be fine....gave me a quote on a new upper rack (rusted in spots) that was $214.00! Now the dishwasher is fourteen years old, and the technician did not press when I elected NOT to buy a new rack. Sears Repair/Maintenance personnel are terrific. The give a customer feedback as to how well they have cared for their appliances....advising what to continue to do and what to STOP doing too! They arrived when promised too displaying ID - and if you choose to, you can place the charges on your Sears card! Overall a very good experience.

The repair man was fantastic. Quick, honest and came before the confirmation of my appointment that morning.

Had to use 3 vacation days to finally get my microwave repaired. One scheduled visited was canceled by the repair tech 4 minutes before the repair window closed via email!!! Had to call multiple times to get rescheduled and the reps were rude, snippy and unhelpful and acted like they were doing me a "favor" by rescheduling an appointment in the first place. Told several customer reps I was unhappy - they did not care.

The person on the phone trouble shot the problem and ordered the potential parts. The part arrived and was in time for the repairman to arrive. It turned out the part was not correct, but the repairman had the correct part in his truck. The repairman was professional, clean and fast.

I was very please with the service. It was timely and prompt. He got the job done!

The repairman explained a valid option to repairing my washing machine. Problem might have been a water level switch, but he simply blew out the sensing line and the washing machine then appeared to work properly. Left me with the option to use machine and if problem still existed, then to request another service call.
