He just came in and left my house without anything because my range top burner doesn't work. He didn't tell anything what he will do next and he didn't contact me to. I can tell the problem. He asked my daughter. She doesn't know anything about the problem with the range and he sent me the bell. Thank you.

Sears Appliance Store NO SHOW

The technician never arrived 2 hours after we received the message that the technician is on the way. This is our 15 appointment were no showed up. I challenged you to call or email cooperate office. You will not get a response to your email and no one will answer the phone. This is a TRUE STORY and I can provide proof. The only reason I continue to schedule an appointment is because they were paid for a repair part and need to install it. They have approximately $300 in repair parts that belong in our refrigerator.

He called and started asking about service fee. Then he called to tell me my fridge can not be fixed with no definite reason why. I know there is a class action suit against LG and if it turns out that my fridge needs a compressor motherboard and fan I will be having issues with you taking my money today for nothing 0 out of 10 will never use Sears for anything

Repair dryer?

It would have been nice if he fixed the dryer instead of blaming it on the dryer hose. D80 code an hour after he left.

I scheduled a service for my dryer explaining the code that indicated vent blockage (flow sense). I explained all that to the phone person, waited a week for the service man to come and he said it sounds like a vent blockage and he didn't clean vents, only fixed machines. He did nothing, told me to call an air duct company to have the ducts cleaned. He left after about five minutes and was not very friendly.

Mike is a very rude man. My washer and dryer are in a limited space. In order for him to get to the back of the dryer, my clothes hamper and washer had to be moved. He was NOT gentle in moving the washer or hamper and he didn't move the washer enough to get the metal hamper out so he just force the hamper out rubbing my washer. Some things were hanging on the wall, which didn't need to come down but he just jerked them down. There was some lint in the dryer which he snatched out and shoved it in my hand not gentle at all. He did fix it but the whole experience was very unpleasant and there was not need for it.

Dryer as part of a tower not functioning

This is the second time that LG has sent a Sears repair technician out and both times the technician didn't know how to repair the dryer that is part of my tower and is ventless technology. It's probably LG s fault but I took the day off to wait and no success. This is the fourth time LG has sent someone out that has no clue.

I set up an appointment with Sears because you stated you can fix LG Refrigerators, but the technician could not fix mine because it is under warranty. That was not stated. I paid money to have you come and would have had you fix it. This is false advertising. I will be reporting to the BBB The technician was rude and spilled water on my floor. I was not prepared with towels.
