He said he put a "new seal" on our fridge. BUT his comments on completed invoice said differently!!! He is our 4th technician to try and fix our ice maker!!! Send someone who can fix it.

bad for customer service and the way he treated my appliance

I had a very unpleasant experience with Mr. Fiallo. this past Thursday october 19th, 2023. He came to my house and worked on my GE Fridge that was already diagnosed and parts ordered by another SEARS Service on October 11th, 2023. Fiallo was supposed to follow up and replaced the parts; however, instead of replacing them, he left my Fridge even worse and all original parts broken and isolated from the system. He troubleshoot and told me that he will replace the compressor, Drier Assy., and valve. He cut the cooper lines and removed the original valves and compressor, but couple hours later he came to me and said that my fridge issue is not the compressor, it was not diagnosed right. He pick his tools and left everything apart. According to the first service tech that diagnosed it, he stated that Fiallo was supposed to installed my original compressor and everything he removed back into my fridge. but he left and left my fridge in a worse condition. If the problem wasn't the compressor, I don't understand why he didn't installed everything back. He wanted me to sign for the bad service he did and his bad attitude didn't help either. I refused to signed. I need my Fridge parts removed by him back in the fridge if that was not the problem.

Horrible attitude

The technician had an attitude the minute he walked in the door as if it was an imposition to come to our house to look at the fridge. When he found out what needed to be done, he told us WE had to order the parts and pay for them and then he would come back and install them. Completely and utterly unprofessional.

Not happy. Service tech told my husband it was an original compressor. NOT TRUE. Your company replaced the compressor 5 years ago! Now you want us to fork out $1000+ for a new compressor. No thank you.

Terrible Service

This has been one of the most aggravating appliance repair responses I've ever had. After making the request to American Home Shield, I got a call from Sears wanting details. I explained the situation (freezer not freezing) and provided the model number so ostensibly the repair person would be arriving with the required parts. So far, so good. The Sears tech arrived on Tues, took a quick look and some temp measurements, and said he needed to order parts. That was a bit frustrating, since he knew before he got there what model we had. He ordered the parts, said they would arrive on Thursday, and he'd be back on Friday to do the repair. At some point on Thursday, I got a robocall saying I needed to call back confirming we received the parts, even though SEARS provided US with the tracking numbers, and had to know they'd been delivered. When I called back, it was an automated response system, with no option to confirm the parts arrived - only an option to cancel or reschedule the appointment. There was also no option to talk to a live person. I tried using the "chat" feature on the Sears website, but that was an automated response system as well. At one point, I was given the option to chat with an agent. I chose that option, and was only provided the same options - cancel or reschedule the appointment. No agent joined the chat. I looked all over both the American Home Shield and Sears websites for a number to call where I could talk to a live person. There was none. The next day (Friday) we waited, but of course there was no contact from Sears, and nobody showed as promised on Tuesday. I ended up having to reschedule for the FOLLOWING Friday, which meant we had to go a week with an inoperable freezer. The two guys who showed up the following Friday did the repair quickly, so I have no beef with them. We were fortunate to have a spare fridge in the garage, but this was frustrating beyond belief. I cannot recommend Sears at all for repairs, and

Warranty and repair person issues

He didn't go into the house and look at the stove, he said a plumber would have to look for the gas leak. He said all he could do would be to pull the stove and pour water on the line to look for bubbles and I asked him to do that so we could report back to the gas company.

I did NOT sign the order when the technician finished because he did NOT replace the refrigerator door that was ordered and in the box at my house. He said he didn't think I needed a new door and he took it with him. I got an email and evidently the technician marked where I was supposed to sign which I don't appreciate. He complained that the customer before me took longer than expected and he wasn't supposed to have to install a door without having a helper. I think that's the reason he didn't install the door.

Too rushing, stubborn and rude

Not that happy with his service. Too rushing and not really done his job properly even I asked to wait and explain clearly.He Just wanna get paid for visit and wanna out of the property without doing his job properly. He said claim didn't exist or found and so…..he can't do anything.
