Ridiculous charges
Can't believe I was charged $185 for replacing a valve and 20 mins of labor/work. Second time I used this company. There won't be a third.

Lots of money for not much service.
Spent most of the time explaining WHY the problem to be repaired could NOT be fixed. Then, knowing the model to be worked on, did not bring parts for routine service. Seemed most interested in selling service warranty (I suppose so I could pay money to have someone else show up and NOT fix anything!).

Never have gotten a mechanic that I had to help !
Rep was unsure of the job .. Complained repeatedly she never worked on the Lg before and made me nervous... Didn't have the strength to réclamp the hose ..,unsure if she was the one who ripped the rubber liner .. I never noticed it sliced up ...have used sears for years and then the machine was not put back together properly to even do 1 load ! Waiting another week unable to do laundry because Kim didn't know what she was doing nor capable of troubleshooting .

Waited 9 days for repair service
Repairman appeared knowledgeable and thorough. Conversation revealed Sears is EXTREMELY staffed in this area, thus explaining our 9 day wait for repair service.

Dishwasher still leading after repair
Repair technician did not test dishwasher after repairing leak and it is still leaking. I would think anytime a repair is performed, the repair technician would run a test to make sure the issue is resolved. Also, while repairing, the technician laid the dishwasher over on the tile floor. After he left, I noticed that the door of the dishwasher is not scratched along the bottom.

Terrible service
I called for service in July, they came 3 weeks later, August 14. Technician tightened a screw in ice maker and said it was fixed. Here we are into October after 5 service calls later and refrigerator is still NOT repaired. We have lost over $500 worth of food, lived out of a cooler, purchased ice to keep cooler cold. I am not happy with incompetent service we have received. Would not recommend Sear's or A&E to anyone!

Still does not work
This issue has been going on for over 3 months. First several calls we were told to reset it. Then finally got a service tech out and they could not fix it and had to order part - then part arrived was put in and still does not work now waiting on another service appointment.

washing machine repair
It took 5days to get a tech way too long. They sold many service contracts and did not hire enough techs. The voice mail is a nightmare. ( on hold for 15 minutes) The techs..once they came were very good

Terrible Service
I booked the appointment and had to wait 2 weeks to get in. They came and told me they "Fixed" the problem, and the next day the problem persisted and is causing harm to my flooring. I now have to wait another 2 weeks for them to come back.
