Dishwasher still not working!

I have been back-and-forth with the Sears Home warranty program trying to get my dishwasher fixed for at least four months. I've had multiple technician visits, multiple parts sent to my house, and thought last week was the final time. Not only did the technician install a part that was not the right Color for my machine, so it looks silly, but three days after he did the repair work, there's absolutely no power to my machine. If I call customer service, I'm just gonna get the same runaround every single time that I get oh we're so sorry ma'am we'll try to fix it And 500 questions later an appointment three weeks later, nothing gets fixed. I would really applaud Sears if some upper management would contact me to figure out this issue so that I can feel good about maintaining my Sears Home warranty. Otherwise I will appeal this ridiculous 12 month contract and ask for a full refund. I had this warranty service years ago and it used to work pretty flawlessly. This go around has been an absolute disaster and if things don't get fixed, I will consider another company.

Not encouraging

Wasn't able to fix ice maker said water was coming through water line ok but he couldn't change it out that I needed a plumber. So if it's not the water line why do I need a plumber??? Been waiting 3 months none of them fixing ice maker after three visits next visit will be #4 !!!!

Failed to fix

I cannot blame Lawrence entirely. He came and diagnosed the problem (leaking water line) and ordered two parts. One failed to be sent to us. The other was the wrong part. When he returned two weeks later, he told us that the correct part was no longer available. So after about 3 weeks we still have a leaky water line and have opted to replace the refrigerator rather than risk a gerry-rigged fix and more water damage. We are out over $500 for this failure to repair. We will presumably be reimbursed for the unordered part (which we had paid for) but will still be out over $400. So not a positive experience.,

Sears didn't impress

Didn't communicate the issue great. Gave a 8-5 window and showed up around 3 so total wasted day. When trying to put refrigerator back in place took paint of cabinet.

Oven Troubleshooting

There were multiple problems with this service call. First of all we were told that if new provided the oven information they would make sure the technician had the parts for the repair or reschedule our appt for a later date. He also showed on the email that his ETA was 9:30 am and he didn't arrive until around 2 pm. When he arrived he only verified what we had described in our info provided and then told me he did not have the part on truck!!! Instead of getting our oven fixed today (which we expected) he said he couldn't be back for another 10 days with the part. Personally the technician was an OK guy but the process is very disappointing. In the future you should try to do what is promised to the customer if you want repeat business.

Needs to return, to fix what he did wrong

The repairman needs to return to my home, because he didn't put the bottom plate on my dishwasher & it makes a horrible noise when I open & close the door, can not use my dishwasher until he returns, because I don't want to ruin my expensive dishwasher
