Did Not Repair
Technician did not fix refrigerator, gave a false number to call, also wrote that we were not home which was false. My wife was home.

Service call
I've used Sears home services for several years now. I would say this is absolutely the worst service I've ever received. The Repairman showed up. He had to get on his cell phone to discuss my issue with another technician apparently because he did not know how to solve my problem. And worst of all I heard him say "yup this is basically a collect call". Which I of course understand to mean I'm not going to do anything out here but collect money from this customer. I assume he thinks that I don't know what that meant and the fact that he's joking about the service call on the phone in front of me with another technician. I found to be absolutely disgusting. I will not use Sears services ever again, and I will tell anyone who needs to know to do the same. I am utterly furious at this service call. I also intend to share this review on every site. I can possibly find so that I can alert anyone else to avoid having the kind of experience I had.

Don't use sears home service
They knew I had a kitchen aid and the tech says they don't work on whirlpool. Ok why did you come to my home for the $ I guess. Told me if I get the parts don't call therm cause they don't work on whirlpool refrigerators they had make and model before they entered my home, still took my diagnostic fee. Do not recommend would give no star if it was available

Service
Mahmood was very good at what he was doing. That said the scheduling service overall was horrendous. It was a nightmare to get the technician back and we have been chasing the problem since January.

This company steals your money!
I have called. I have emailed and I am at my wits end trying to deal with getting my refund from this company. The customer service department can't talk to the billing department. They have to do everything through email which is a scam. I have emailed the billing department for two months trying to get my refund that they owe me Having to wait to get your money back over two months is ridiculous.. you can never get a hold of the same person twice and each time they just tell you to be patient and wait 14 days while they try to figure it out. It's been 60 days and they haven't been able to figure it out don't do business with this company

I do NOT want to have this published in social media!
today's service call was finally accomplished on the third attempt, but it did soften the terrible experience of having two previous appointments that were totally ignored with any notice. February 20 and then the 28th were days spent with no call, text, apology, notice or appearance of and Sears person at all, except for an email notice the next day indicating I could re-schedule. Today they sent a nice young man, very apologetic, who took about 20 minutes to fix my unworkable oven. Sorry, Sears, until you get some kinder, more customer-serving humans to deal with customer service, I'm tired of paying you for practically no worthwhile service. Robots with no humanity won't cut it.

Alex did NOT FIX MY ISSUE
I have had SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS WITH NOTHING BEING REPAIRED! I was sent parts to repair my refrigerator and the technician that came today, doesn't work on refrigerators! Go figure!!! Can someone call me ASAP (678)438-6494
