Unfortunately In the past few months my experience with this technician has been terrible. My dryer broke l'oui ordered a 1 motherboard and a second that was identical claiming sears sent the wrong item! I have been trying to have him come to my home alas he cancels at the last minute and reschedules me claiming several times that I wasn't home when indeed I was and had to take time from work! I the 40 years I have been a customer I never experienced something like that ! My dryer has not been fixed since November with all this nonsens, it a breach of contract ! He came to day to do the annual check after 2 cancelations ! He claims he will contact the technician service to order a replacement for the dryer That remains to be seen . I am so disappointing with the technician and the support aevice that is nonexistent. I spent many hours on the phone trying to solve this issue however each one garanties he will solve the issue and escalate to a supervisor but nothing happens also they garanties they will send a different technician but I always end up with this one that is not professional. I hope you will solve my issue in a timely manner and use better technicians

Part wobbles, not stable. Wrong part? Tech left and said everything was fine Now have to reschedule another visit, maybe order new parts! A competent tech would have realized a problem and reordered parts today or figured out a solution. Not just leaving and saying it was fine!

Terrible service

He wiped up my floor with my dish towel and ruined it. Who does that? He pulled my dishwasher out from the cabinet and damaged th cabinet where it fits into. He does not know what he is doing and has no regard for personal property.

No one ever showed up so I cannot rate. But I actually cancelled due to the fact for a solid 6 weeks no one ever showed up for the appointment time. We used another service which was great & they showed up. I know nothing about Robert but I do know Sears home services & it is HORRIBLE!

Raymond arrived 2 hrs. late as the "window" that sears office and Raymond personally told me by phone, his excuse "may be delays", He asked me to removed in advance all the ice in the dispenser that was not working, by removing the ice BY ME all the functions worked well except the mechanism to lift the dispenser and clen it, when he finally arrived try to remove the dispenser and could not do it, (less than 5 min) went out to the truck to find help and information, after 20 min waiting I came out gave his tools and told him could not wait any more. Told me that could not find the part needed, if could be found I needed to pay for it because "the dispenser was not part of the refrigerator" despite all the connections within the refrigerator that make it function, does not make any sense. Then I receive by E mail forms that you tell me I signed, I TOLD THE TECHNICIAN WILL NOT SIGN ANY FORMS, NO WORK WAS DONE, SOME HOW THERE IS A FORM WITH A COUPLE OF LINES THAT REPEAT DID NOT WRITE SAYING THAT IS MY SIGNATURE FOR THE SERVICES. I have been paying for this contract for more than a year, this is the first time that I requested services, after today experience, including possible illegal signature, I am canceling the contract, recommend friends and family to stay away from your services. Please removed from your adds "trusted for generations"

Disappointed for lack of effort.

This technician came to do the service twice for the same problem looking for the easy way out each time. The first time he collected the deductible and just reset the error code only to have it come up again after he left. The second time he did not even reset the code. I told him to replace the part associated with the code, the code indicated "Keypad is disconnected" instead he said he needed to go to his truck to talk to my insurance. He ended up leaving saying he did not know what part to replace because he did not know the serial number of the unit. He never once pulled out a tool or even tried to be proactive to solve the issue.

My experience was a disaster. All they do is order every parts to fix a microwave without diagnosing it got to my house two guys refused to take the microwave down so I don't know why they need a helper and then they wouldn't take the microwave down They don't even know what the problem is they're just assuming so. They're trying to change every parts.

Horrible Service

Window was 8-12. He arrived at 1:30pm. Upon arriving, he had incorrect information of what work needed to be done. I explained what I had discussed with the supervisor, which has been discussed numerous times over the past 6 months. He refused to do the work. Made no attempt to contact anyone. I wasted the entire day and spent more than 20 hours on the phone and have not had the repair done. I have been paying a significant amount of money for my appliances for over 30 years! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible!

Juan is a no show every time. I've had multiple appointments and he never shows. He's committing fraud by billing our warranty for services not rendered. Juan makes no attempt to call and I've filed several complaints. Rating should be a zero! Horrible customer service! A month later and approx. 10 services appointments-Refrigerator still not fixed!

KitchenAid Refrigerator Leak Repair

This is the same technician who came on July 7 to my house after I received the parts (ordered on June 27 visit by Piero, to replace the icemaker and the inlet water valve. However, he refused to replace the inlet water valve, stating that I don't need it. I requested again, but he did not listen and took the replacement valve back with him. After he left, the leak started again and flooded my kitchen and family room again. The next guy on July 10, Norberto, was totally incompetent. He said he could not find the leak and asked me to request a senior technician. Luckily, the next guy on July 11, Piero Stella, was the first technician who ordered parts initially. He reordered the parts. On August 5, Jim Wyman and Leo came to install the parts. However, the inlet water valve broken and could not be installed. Jim reordered the inlet valve. Victor came today but refused to acknowledge to my wife that he came out on July 7th! Also, Sears Service isn't great either. It is impossible to get a live person to discuss the problems. I hope your service improves and you provide competent and courteous technicians. Piero, Jim and also are great.
