Randy is a great service techician. Prior techs said we would need a new machine. Randy located the problem quickly and saved the day after three techs failed to notice it was a bad wire connection and not the motherboard, which is no longer available. And the Reseach parts dept however sucks, having sent the wrong part as the motherboard for the dishwasher but it went to a frig ice maker, also debunked by Randy. Total wait time 49 days period 6/23-8/10.
