Don was very nice & professional! No repairs were needed. Wrong detergent was being used, which resulted in soap suds leaking. Don gave me several tips to prevent future problems.

Christopher is an excellent technician. He serviced my dryer in the past and once I saw him, I knew I was in good hands. He quickly diagnosised the problem. He had the part and replaced it. After he left, I put in a load and wash completed with no issues. Thank you Christopher!

My issue was resolved and I also learned something from Elisha, which was also very helpful ! He was fabulous ! My experience with the texts however was abominable ! Parts were ordered from the initial visit. A week ago, there was to be a return service because ordered parts had arrived… I NEVER a received ANY correspondence about my technician or the arrival time. I sat home ALL day and NO ONE EVER CAME ! There is NO WAY to speak with anyone…I was LIVID !!!!!! This time I was texted they would arrive between 7:34-8:55 😡 of course NOT A SOUL ARRIVED…I called at 10 and was told there were 2 ahead of me. I called again at 1:00 and it was "3" ahead of me…HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN ???? Finally Elisha (a different technician from initial text) called and arrived shortly after he called and he was fantastic. You NEED to do something with the way the information goes out and have a phone number where a PERSON ANSWERS ! This is absolutely MADDENING for people waiting all day with no way to find out what's happening. I have been a Sears customer well over 50 years and your service is appalling with customers. Last year I was getting billed from two different states for my home warranty service. NO ONE COULD FIGURE IT OUT after 10 calls or so. Today when I spoke to a human they told me I didn't even have a home warranty service. THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL ! It's a miracle you are still in business ! How I miss the stores and the great service there ! You have GOT TO DO BETTER. Loyal customers deserve better…heck HUMANS a deserve better. I pay every month for this. The repair people are great but your communication with people is a disgrace !!!!!!! This is 2025 FIX THE PROBLEMS !!!!! Forget the texts and automated phone service and hire some humans and TRAIN them so they don't tell people they don't have a warranty service ! 😡😡😡😡😡
