JAMES IS MY SEARS TECH
James always arrives with a big, warm smile. He is very knowledgeable about the appliances that he services. As he services the appliances, he tells me what the issue is, shows me the issue and explains to me what is required to resolve the issue. He treats me with dignity and respect.

Rescheduled
The technician didn't not arrive at the scheduled time so the appointment was canceled and we rescheduled it for another day

Seriously something wrong with Sears
Sears has rescheduled our appointment to fix our refrigerator 4 times. Everytime we take off work (because the timeframe is from 8 to 5) they send a text late afternoon saying " due to unforeseen circumstances, we need to reschedule." Today I get an email receipt that looks like I signed and I did not because Sears has yet to come to my house today! Sears, do better!

Unacceptable
Gregory has been to the house to fix the fridge two times within a week. The fridge had a funny sound to it - no more than he left. It has progressively gotten worse and is not not making ice. The freezer is not freezing. This is the third time the fridge has been "fixed" in a little over a month.
