Very competent and efficient Eric R was at his job. We were pleased he had the parts on site to complete the repair at hand. Unlike Saturday 's appointment that was scheduled the previous assigned service technician never arrived and after the fact; then sent a notification to reschedule past the allotted timeframe.

Monty was excellently effective making quick determination of the problem with my nonworking dryer… A broken belt!!!! He expertly replaced the belt and cleaned my machine and has it running wonderfully well! So happy I can get my laundry done at home!! Thank you, Monty!
