Late and did not fix problem
The service provided arrived at 2p (outside the 8a-noon window). Did not have any of the information I shared with Sears via text. Claimed he checked the entire machine in 10 minutes and said it was an electrical outlet problem and to call an electrician. It may be but it may be only the initial problem but I am sure there will be more issues.

Awful
Let washer dryer unit assemble wrong, panels buckled, horrible experience, could care less when contacted and said call customer service. So done with sears, ill find a local appliance repair next time

Don't bother with this company
You'll get a nine hour repair time window that never narrows down. Yes, you read that right: They actually expect you to sit there for 9 hours and wait for them. I have never encountered this with another business. At 9.5 hours the tech texted me that he had another job ahead of mine and was that ok? We had plans at 10 hours so that didn't work. Had to reschedule with another company thru our warranty company and now we have to wait another week to get the oven repaired. Have a question? Their phone number doesn't allow you to speak to a live person. The tech, Josh, offered me the phone number to the office but said he'd text it to me. I waited 5 minutes (5:55 PM by now) and texted him that I needed the number and he sent it just after 6 PM. When the office had just closed. How thoughtful was that?! You get what you get in Yuma. I would not do business with a company that doesn't allow communication with a person, and doesn't narrow down the repair time into 2 or 4 hour time slots like every other company, so this company is out for me.

Repair refrigerator
I have had this individual to come to my house several times and he refused to repair my refrigerator. I have relocated refrigerator so he may gain access to what needs to be done the last time. I had a an appointment this past Friday and he made a comment That the. Customer refuse service. I sat here all day waiting for him to come and he did not show up. This is not the first time that this has happened. Jerome Taylor is the technician and I don't hold him in high regards I have another appointment for March 4 2025. Let's see if he comes to do the repairs thank you.

Quick service
Bought washer less than a year ago. It stopped draining so called a tech. He wasn't pleasant over the phone but whatever. He looked at washer for 5 min. Played with buttons and said they don't make parts for it and to buy a new one. Thanks Sears

Had water leak on floor at right front of kenmore refrigerator door, (unit 1+ year old), told tech my take was the freezer defrost drain line was clogged, tech could find nothing wrong and said leak was from inside refrigerator wall panel and could not be repaired, 2 hours later refrigerated began leaking water again, I took pics of puddled water outside and inside of unit showing water on interior back panel (clogged defrost drain line), called sears explained issue and rescheduled service for next day. New tech found and repaired clogged drain line. Fiallo was very professional but could not resolve the issue...

Technician
Experience was very bad he called. He did not call. He just didn't show up. I'm very upset. I've been waiting since 1 o'clock. I left work early waiting on him to come and install. He told me that he doesn't install anything. He was a technician they sent the wrong person out to me and I'm very very very upset.
