Washer still not working
Technician supposedly replaced part. Started washer did not stay around for full express cycle. Once I put in load of clothes in, the washer stopped spinning again. Called Sears, they claimed they emailed the Technician to come back out same day. Technician never called back nor came back out. To make matters worse they canceled my appointment the prior week due to the Technician not being available. Waited another week for repair to not have a washer again and end up at the laundry for the 4th week.

Wrong diagnosis. 9 year old washer is now obsolete because the part we need is no longer made. Waited 2 weeks for service, and still have no washer. Very disappointed in the kenmore brand.

Ice Maker not repaired
8 February 2024. Second visit to repair ice maker in Kenmore refrigerator. Romel declared "fixed," but several hours later it was clear there was no ice. He did not check back. No manageable way to secure follow up. A&E Factory Service is inaccessible. Returning to Sears Home Services simply schedules another appointment. Now 4 repair visits, new ice maker, new electronic control boards, but still no ice. After many years of excellent service, Sears has failed miserably on this ice maker.

No ice
Cody was nice fixed the ice dispenser. NOW MY ICE MAKER DOESNT WORK AT ALL!!

Refrigerator is still not working
You guys came twice, cost me over $900 and my fridge still doesn't work. I tried calling but the automated system won't let me talk to anyone. I may have to file a police report for getting ripped off.

Service on a gas water heater.
He did not come or call. Waited at home all day. With no hot water for over a month. Very unhappy with your service. Multiple trips made nu Sears.

Not helpful
Couldn't find the problem with the dishwasher. Did get it running and left. It isn't working now that he left. Plus, website has a tracking app to show you when technician is to arrive. Didn't work. Showed arrival time at 207, he came closer to 3. No phone call to advise, just showed up. Not worth the monthly service fee to have Sear's service plan.

Third reschedule by sears
Sears has numerous reschedule after client waited for technician visit between 8am - 5pm visit. Reschedule always come at the last minute. They is no concern for the clients time. Totally unsatisfied.

Review of Patrick not Benjamin.
The appointment was scheduled for me about nine days in advance with the technician. I was told between 8 AM and 5 PM. By 6 PM no one had shown up, called, texted or emailed. I wasted 10 hours of my day waiting for Patrick to show up and he never did. (And by the way, Sears has 6 1-800 numbers and none of them allow you to speak with a person ) And then I suddenly get a rescheduled appointment notice for another week from the original date. Choice home warranty notified Sears that the job was being reassigned but they sent the reschedule appointment anyway. Benjamin showed up today and I explained it to him that his visit was unnecessarily now. I won't use Sears ever again. I'm actually tempted to send them an invoice for the waste of my time. Thank you for showing up Benjamin, and please feel free to pass my message onto Patrick.
