Needs a little work

For three days, eight hours each day, I sat and waited for my service appointment to find out that they were canceled at the end of the day and rescheduled automatically to the next day where they didn't follow up properly. The service tech was great, but the scheduling crap is for the birds.

Though, all went well and as expected, Eddie did not introduce himself or put on protective shoe coverings as other service providers have done.
