Washing Machine Repair
Technician was not curteous with his demeanor when I asked questions. Came across as argumentative, which I felt was totally unprofessional. I most definitely would not allow him to service my appliances again if I needed future service from Sears!

Dryer
Second technician that came out jus to replace a fuse that blowout twice. Clean the air duck made sure there was flow coming from the dryer to outside and it still don't work.

Lazy Technician
Was not happy at all with this tech. Did not install all parts that previous tech said needed replacing. Also made comment of never seeing washer and dryer in a garage.

Charged but not repaired

Horrible!! Will never use Sears again
You can never speak to a human. Everyone pushes the buck. No one calls you back. I had to pay multiple deductibles to have repairman come and problem still isn't fixed yet they continue to charge me monthly!! Never will recommend!!

Not between 8 am and 5 pm
Tech did not arrive until 6:35 pm. Francisco, the tech, and a trainee spent 5 to 10 minutes, never once opening up the machine. They asked what the issue was and promptly then said, "We can't order that part." Francisco continued with variations on that same theme, showing me his phone that said, "part unavailable, " and left soon after. I was still charged for their visit even though they made no attempt to repair the machine.

Washing machine still doesn't work
We've lost count how many times someone has been out to fix our Kenmore Elite washing machine. Two boards and the water pump have been replaced and we're still getting an F06 error. Jose got a express wash cycle to work before he left, but the regular cycle we ran after he left still had the error message. I guess it's time for a new washer because Sears doesn't seem to be able to repair the one we have.

Service man was aggressive and rude. The worst service man e
Jonathan the Technician was rude and argumentative and shouted at me the first time he came to my house. He ordered the wrong part (no flexible dryer tube) and I'm having to use my own money and time to go buy the replacement parts myself. He's the worst service person I have ever met. Refused to wear a Covid mask in my own house, where my elderly relatives sometimes stay. The second time he came here (today). I didn't want to interact with him and I had my finger on 911 police dial in case he became aggressive or started shouting at me in my own house. I did not feel safe at all. I'm stuck with incorrect parts on my dryer and the technician will not order correct parts for me. Sears has gone downhill the past years and employees like this are the reason why I will call police if he reads this review and comes to my house again aggressively. This is someone I would not trust around anybody And I still don't have the correct dryer parts
