Refrigerator Repair

He never showed up. Jesus filed a report that he repaired my refrigerator but never arrived. Total lie and is a poor tech when he does show up.

They came from Sears to repair my refrigerator and sent a technician who came to cause severe damage to my house with a water leak that damaged the wood of my floor and the ceiling of the basement, I have videos and photos of the damage that was done

Your dispatch system is the worst in the industry!

First, we have a service contract for multiple appliances that we are not renewing. We have had ongoing problems with an old dishwasher. After finding that a circuit board had burned up and a new, or used, board could not be found, they finally sent someone to come and take the board to ship it off to be rebuilt. They only did this after several phone calls to find out the status of a replacement board. The board repair took 6-8 weeks when we were told to expect 4. After the board and other parts were delivered, it took FIVE service appointments to get someone to complete the repair. Each time, someone had to be home ALL DAY. I would use the provided link to track the serviceman. Each time the ETA would get moved back repeatedly during the day until it got so late that the system would reschedule the appointment. The first time it got rescheduled a week later. The second time it got rescheduled a week later. The third and fourth time the rescheduling was only a day later. Each time someone had to be home all day. There were also at least 2 times we had no show appointments for service calls before the circuit board was pulled. This entire process took right at 4 months. It should be noted that the various servicemen were very professional during actual service calls around this matter. It's the background people and systems that reach a new low in incompetent customer service. We are done with Sears. Unfortunately, the brick and mortar Sears stores that I shopped at for 40+ years, with quality products and caring people, are gone for good. The sooner what's left dies completely, the better.

Highly disappointed

I am so upset with sears service it's been 1 year since I was told by David that if I rebuild my icemaker instead of buying a new one it will work perfectly a d since I have the home warranty they will come out anytime to fix it I ha e to be paying monthly to keep the plan and has to keep calling them every 2 weeks to a month to try fix said ice maker . Don't trust sears they are a rip off . I will cancel my plan . 1 yr later hundreds of dollars gone over 12 tech visit and it's still not work .I'm so so disappointed don't use sears .

Laziness and Lies

I was very disappointed in my entire experience with everyone involved in this attempt to have my insured appliance fixed by your company. No one followed through with the repair and after dileberately lying to me charged me for my appointment accessment after I had already prepaid my deductible. It could have been fixed easily and cheaply and you simply robbed of me over $800.00 and left it to me to fix it on my own. I should sue you.

Incomplete paperwork

Visit was great, the guy who came out was kind and knowledgeable and we cut a check for services. The 1 star is because the backend paperwork was supposed to be submitted to our home warranty by Sears/this tech. Instead our check was deposited and paperwork lacking details needed to move forward with our warranty were submitted. We are on week 3 without our appliance or any path forward for resolution, and our home warranty has stated that Sears won't get back to their multiple outreaches. We have had to take this into our own hands now and follow up with Sears / Nelzon.

Dishwasher service visit

Technician was able to make the electronic display on some of the controls light up- but left apparently before confirming that the machine could cycle and wash dishes. Machine still could not wash dishes after he left.
