He was very polite and professional with everything he did! When I had a question he answered and vice versa . Showed me what we needed done and signed paperwork. Was in and out in under 30 minutes. He was awesome!

John was great and can't thank him enough for getting our heat back up and running. Our 2nd tech Mike was awesome as well! All techs were great, Sears as a whole is a completely different story though. When I had called to get status updates of the parts ordered, I was given different answers every time.. none of which were true btw. There was no confirmation of parts ordered, status or shipping details. The entire time, i had no clue if Sears was even able to find parts nor could anyone confirm anything. Even my home warranty company had no idea. The whole time, the parts were ordered from a local vendor and the tech had it in their possession. I'm thankful the heat is working now, but it was very frustrating that no one knew what was going on.
