Brian was friendly and knowledgeable. It would help older customers if he would ring the doorbell as apposed to knocking. Older customers may be hard of hearing, even with hearing aids. I hope if we have any more trouble with our unit Brian will be our service repair person. He is most deserving of a 5 star review.

Mr. Brian C was very polite and very helpful in correcting the problem with my ac unit. Part needed to be replaced, he went out and acquired the part and fixed my unit. I am very thankful. Thank you Sears and Mr. Brian the technician.

In our opinion, Mr. Tarek is the best SEARS employee. We have 2 two homes, and we have had him work on our air conditioners for more than a decade now. He is always a perfectionist. He is very professional and knowledgable in his field. We continued our services with Sears throughout the years because of him. Please offer the air conditioners protection plans again in Orlando, so we can continue using his services. Have a wonderful day
