the technician did his job.  however, this service contract is just simply not worth the money I am paying.  too many loop holes. I was informed that it would be an additional 49 if I wanted the tech to vacuum the heater.  That is just ridiculous.  I could get service done for that amount without a service warranty contract.  I will be canceling the service contract because it is worthless.   you people should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of people like that.
