Repaired the part that needs to be repaired
Technician came put the part in mention the tech before him or the tech before the second tech that makes a total of two text said they took the belt off the drum which that shouldn't have done and now the belt came off again. I am currently working with Sears to get him back out here or another technician out here to fix it which when he only left about an hour ago

Combo washer and dryer
The same day of my service call now my combo has 2 different errors and my stuff in locked inside it half wet and can't get anyone back out for 5 days

Not fixed , impossible to get another appt
Nice technician but my fridge is still broken . And impossible to get another appt. Customer service is not helpful and repeats same script , don't recommend

Tech never contacted or showed but marked the job as completed. Third time they have rescheduled my appointment

HORRIBLE
Came to my home and asked my mother in law to put up the dogs. She did and left one in the kennel. He began barking and he complained. She tried to put him outside and the man ran away and said he tried to bite him. I have camera footage showing otherwise.

Stove
Nick kept ordering the wrong parts even order a refrigerator part for my stove. Than closed me out to were I had to make another work order. The first guy open my stove door and said cannt fixs it I said good I get a New stove under my contract he order a part which was wrong.soon as I said that..Thank God For Al he fixed my stove from the parts the2 other order day 1 ..thank you so much Al.

Service was slow
The service we received was below standard, we waited over 3 weeks to have our dryer repaired . First visit scheduled the technician canceled our appointment because he had a Dr. Appointment, not our business customers do not want to hear personal issues. We all have them. The technician came the next day and had my husband hold things and hand him things to diagnose the issue which we knew was the heating element, when asked why he didn't bring the part he shared how many heating elements he carries for other brands again we do not care. He shared how over booked and over worked he is and said we were lucky he came when he did. Finally placed the order for the heating element and scheduled the next appointment nearly 2 weeks later. When he called today to let us know we were on his schedule I responded that's great and he said well if your lucky I'll make it today because you are the last on my schedule. Upon arriving to my home I had no place to park or pull in at my property because he was parked squarely in the center of my driveway. Had I known this was the quality of service that was provided with my extended warranty I would have saved my money and hired a professional to repair my appliance.
