Didn't fix anything.
The technician said it's normal but it's not . There's nothing on internet that says there's a safety feature for cats and babies. It says this: If your GE washer turns on, then quickly shuts off and then turns back on again, the most likely culprit is a faulty door switch, which is a safety feature that prevents the washer from operating if the door isn't fully closed; check if the door is properly latched and that there are no obstructions around the door seal that might be preventing it from fully closing. Other potential causes: Power issues: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in, the outlet is functioning, and there are no tripped circuit breakers. Control board malfunction: If the door switch is working properly, the issue might be with the electronic control board which could be experiencing glitches. Water level sensor problems: A faulty water level sensor could be causing the washer to turn off prematurely. Overload protection: If you've overloaded the washer, it might activate a safety feature to prevent damage. What to try: Check the door: Ensure the door is fully closed and latched. Clean the door seal: Remove any debris or buildup from the door seal that could be preventing proper closure. Reset the washer: Unplug the washer for a few minutes, then plug it back in and try again. Check for error codes: Consult your washer manual to see if any error codes are displayed on the control panel.

Cancelled multiple times and rude
I think this company did a lousy job managing expectations. I included all model number info as well as what the issue was, and the technician who came was late and had no idea why he was here. He wanted me to sign a bunch of stuff without explaining what it was, then was rude when rescheduling. The repair appointment was delayed and rescheduled three times on their end. I won't ever use this vendor again.

Repaired the part that needs to be repaired
Technician came put the part in mention the tech before him or the tech before the second tech that makes a total of two text said they took the belt off the drum which that shouldn't have done and now the belt came off again. I am currently working with Sears to get him back out here or another technician out here to fix it which when he only left about an hour ago

Combo washer and dryer
The same day of my service call now my combo has 2 different errors and my stuff in locked inside it half wet and can't get anyone back out for 5 days

Not fixed , impossible to get another appt
Nice technician but my fridge is still broken . And impossible to get another appt. Customer service is not helpful and repeats same script , don't recommend

HORRIBLE
Came to my home and asked my mother in law to put up the dogs. She did and left one in the kennel. He began barking and he complained. She tried to put him outside and the man ran away and said he tried to bite him. I have camera footage showing otherwise.

Stove
Nick kept ordering the wrong parts even order a refrigerator part for my stove. Than closed me out to were I had to make another work order. The first guy open my stove door and said cannt fixs it I said good I get a New stove under my contract he order a part which was wrong.soon as I said that..Thank God For Al he fixed my stove from the parts the2 other order day 1 ..thank you so much Al.
